Exhibitors' Corner

Dear Exhibitors:

The Arabian Reading Association (TARA) an affiliate of the International Reading Association is proud to announce "TARA: A Tapestry of Tales and Traditions" conference to be held in Bahrain March 5th, 6th and 7th 2009. We hope that you would join us at this conference by being an exhibitor.

The TARA Conference is primarily geared to educators from the Gulf region, but also includes delegates who are administrators, librarians, and other specialists. For the past several years the conference has been well attended, with more than 700 participants.

Exhibitors' tables at TARA 2009 will be skirted and six feet in length. The price of each table will be U.S. $(to be announced). A maximum of 32 tables will be available.

If you can join us, please email or fax a copy of the attached EXHIBITOR'S TABLE RESERVATION FORM to me as soon as possible.

Table fees will be paid at the conference immediately upon your arrival. A table confirmation number will be issued when we receive your reservation. In the event of cancellation, please notify us prior to January 7 2009  in order to avoid being charged.

Please provide us with the names of all exhibitors prior to January 31, 2009, to enable us to prepare the program and nametags. When I receive your Exhibitor's Table Reservation Form, I will send you the additional details you will need regarding hotels in the area, shipping companies, and shipping address for your materials, as well as information on when you will be able to set up your table in the conference hall.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. We are looking forward to seeing you in Bahrain.

Sincerely,

Anne Gaasedelen
